Report and block

If you encounter suspicious, abusive, unlawful or misleading behaviour, use the reporting and blocking tools available in the app. You can also contact support@muklawa.co.uk.

Do not send money

Do not transfer money, buy gift cards, share banking credentials or provide passwords or one-time security codes to someone simply because you met through a matchmaking service.

Verify independently

Verification features can reduce some risks but cannot guarantee a person's identity, intentions, history or suitability. Check important information independently.

Meeting offline

When meeting someone for the first time, choose a public place, tell a trusted person where you are and arrange your own transport.

Content and complaints

Muklawa provides routes for reporting content and account-safety concerns. Reports may lead to review, restriction, removal or other proportionate action where appropriate.

Immediate danger

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.
