The matchmaking service is for users aged 18 or over.

Purpose

Muklawa provides technology for discovering and communicating with potential marriage partners. Muklawa does not guarantee a match, engagement, marriage, identity, background or compatibility.

Your information

You must provide information you are entitled to provide and must not impersonate another person or create deliberately deceptive profiles.

Acceptable conduct

You must not use Muklawa for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, fraud, spam, exploitation, non-consensual sharing of another person's private material or attempts to defeat service safety controls.

Reports and complaints

Users can report content or conduct through supported in-app tools or support channels. Muklawa may investigate and take proportionate action including warnings, content restriction, suspension or account removal where appropriate.

Payments

Mobile purchases may be processed by the relevant app marketplace or other displayed payment provider. Marketplace terms and refund rules may also apply.

Availability

Muklawa may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

Safety

Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgement when interacting with or meeting another person.
